Very good food

Great food and friendly staff. Nice ambiance.

Food was good but we were not given a free welcome drink not even brushetta. On the contrary we had to pay in full for the starter. Our full rag of ribs portion was nearly half the size of the one table next to us. It was so small portion that we thought it was half rag. Imagine we had the chips in the same plate while the others had it in a separate plate. Once again I want to confirm that the food was good but they treat tourists diifferent than the Gusto clients.

We where welcomed with a drink, food was good and also service was good. The coffee and brushetta was given free.

I booked in advance at this restaurant and when we got there one of the waiters kept insisting that we should try the buffet. When we declined he kind of lost interest in us for refusing. When I asked for the bill, reminding him that we would use the 15% discount, he got into argument with me because he didn't know that he the discount was for the whole table. Not to be visited again !

worst service. The staff got the bill once we finished eating without asking if we need anything else. Seem they where in a rush as we where the only table and it was still 1030pm

Lunch for a table of 11. On the house focaccia, it was good and then... service was super poor. Asked 7 times to get the ketchup, fries was cold, side salad and fries were served late, only 6items of pasta on the menu... and dont ask if they have pasta with pesto... waiter's reply was: 'What is pesto?!?!' +ve note: when complained a full bottle of wine and free coffee was served

Food and service need revampement.

We were a table of 4 persons and we opted to take the 15% discount rather than the one time offer. However, strangely enough, the manager said that since it was our first visit to the restaurant, we had to choose the 50% discount since he had to sign the book. As soon as we opposed and said that we were going to file a complaint, he agreed to give us the 15% discount. However to our disappointment, he only gave us a discount on 1 starter & 1 main course, whereas on the gusto book, it clearly states that at this restaurant, the discount applies to an unlimited number of persons per table and with the desert included. Very disappointed indeed. Also with regards to the meal, they offer a very small portion of pasta... as a main course, there should have been 150g of pasta (which was written on the menu) but this was not the case. The rest of the food left much to be desired.
