Good food, especially the spaghetti marinara starter. A very limited wine choice though, and service was slow

Food was great and the portions are very big. One has to wait a bit for the food since there was only one waiter and he had to serve all the clients himself!

Nothing to complain about! The view is extraordinary! The food is fresh especially the fish and meat. We did not wait long for the food to come. Everything was perfect even the service! Will definitely be going back again!

This was an exquisite meal...thanks to Don Vito!!! The Fish Soup was really good and tasty with lots of fish and veg...delicious!! We had 2 different kind of Swordfish Dishes: The Traditional & Grilled which again were delicious.Desert: Chocolate Cake.Big thanks to the Chef for his ability.Kind & welcoming Staff...excellent ambience with view. Truly recommend Don Vito to others. Well DONE Don Vito & keep it up. Definately you will be seeing us again !!!!

The food was good but the atmosphere and the view is excellent. Was a bit disappointed about the dessert was still frozen but i gave it back and they where still very nice wit us.

Food was great, service hopeless took us ages to get served also to get the bill. Short of staff.

The food was excellent,the restaurant is very quaint,we loved it,BUT the Bulgarian waitress was abrupt,unhelpful and downright rude to all the clientele,she ruined what would have been a lovely eating experience.

We asked for about 4 items from the menu which were not available. However, then the food was very good and abundant. Above all the view is fantastic. Not suggested to people with difficulty in going up stairs.

My fiancee and I arrived at 8.45pm and we were impressed with the style of the menu and how decorative it looked. That's where all the positives unfortunately stops! At 8.50pm we ordered our food, as starters we took a selection of stuffed Maltese bread and Mushrooms in Garlic whilst for main course I chose Penne con Salamone and my girlfriend had Spaghetti Carbonara. At that time we also ordered the drinks. After ordering we relaxed and chatted a bit whilst waiting for the food. A bit became a while, and a while became a very long time! 50 minutes later the starters showed up, low and behold the drinks still didn't arrive! That means that after 50 minutes talking to kill some time we were

No problem at all when we booked with Gusto. We were advised that the food will take some time but I never expected the starter to take an hour and a half and an another hour for the main course to arrive. At least when the food finally arrived it was good, although the rib-eye and the fillet were a bit undercooked but on the whole it was good. And at the end we waited another half an hour for the bill to come. Everyone in the restaurant was complaining about the same thing.

A bitter and sweet experience.. we were a table of 5 and the first to be in the restaurant. After maybe 15 mins it was getting full by the minute. We were taken our drinks order and after already half an hour seated we placed our order. Starters arrived after 3 quarters of an hour after we ordered..food was awesome. One of us ended without a starter as there was a misunderstanding.. after another half hour the mains arrived, and must admit they were all well presented and delicious.. As time went by we realized that only 2 attendants were dealing with a fully booked restaurant..that at the end we ended up pitying the young tolerant foreign lady who was trying to cope and face all the music as the whole restaurant was grumbling with the delay.. such a pity as the food and venue are lovely but I (we) for sure shall considering of going there once again. I must and would like to thank that foreign lady for trying to do her best to serve and deal with everyone.

Food was good but we were very disapointed as we had to wait 75 mint for our starter and apart from that altough food is not expensive we were charged 3.50 euro for a soft drink

A nice place with a marvellous view of St.Paul's islands. Good food, big portions and moderate prices. However it took a long time to serve the starter and main course. Recommended once this delay in service is rectified.

A small, quiet restaurant. Food was very delicious. Not much of a choice for dessert though.

Weather-wise the day we visited could not have been worse. It was cold, wet and extremely windy. Being right on the seafront the wind was so strong that it 'seeped' into the restaurant which made it quite cold (the reason for the ambience rating). Having said that the food definitely made up for it - it was delicious!

It was my first time to this restaurant and I have to say that it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance is welcoming and the food was lovely, portions are big and prices are reasonable. Would go back for sure!
