if you are a meat lover chukkas is a restaurant you must dine in...very big portion, prices are a bit higher than other restaurants (rib-eye €25-€28) but with gusto we had a discount of €45 with just one restaurant..service was very fast as well (drinks 4mins - main course 30-40mins)...went two times and extremely satisifed

The food was very good. The ribeye carpaccio starter and truffle pasta were excellent. The fillet steaks were very good too. The only thing is that there was something in the food which I ended up with a tummy ache and loose bowels-must have been the mushroom sauce.

My wife and I took a starter each, main course and dessert. We found the quality of food, the taste and portions simply great! My beef fillet and my wife's choice of a veal rump were simply mouth-watering. We will definitely re-visit.

Arguably one of the best [if not the best] meat-eries in Malta. Service can be so-so as it is generally packed but is good over all. As for Ambience - you're in Marsa at the back of the race-course. If the races are on, its great to be by the windows, if not you have a sandy expanse around you. Taste after all. Highly recommendable.

Do not stay on first impression since it might not be great. But the waiters and the food will give you a different taste of the place. The waiters are amazing and the food.... if you are a meat lover this is your place! Although it might be expensive, it is worth it for the food and its portion!

I recommend the pasta with truffle sauce to anyone as a starter. It is a must to try it. Needless to say, Chukkas is the place to be served a perfectly cooked rib-eye steak.
