Excellent place but service is rather slow. Very friendly chef patron

This is a small simple chef patron restaurant in the centre of St Paul's Bay. It's location and decor belies its good standard. It is a good value for money restaurant where you can eat good and freshly prepared food. Prices are also very reasonable. It might take a while to be served as the place is small and the food is instantly prepared but Bertu (the owner chef patron) usually provides a free of charge Maltese platter to enjoy whilst you wait. Service is average but the owner certainly makes you feel at home. Well worth a visit and recommended.

A lovely small and cosy restaurant to go with your loved one. Food is divine - we had ravjul with rabbit sauce as starter and lampuki as main courses both of which tasted lovely. A place to go with or without Gusto; thanks Gusto for allowing us to discover this place.

Can't say where you can eat good. This is the one!!! Food cooked to perfection.Food portions very good. Bertu makes you feel at home. Please try the rabbit ravioli and the veal ribeye it is a must. Another good asset of Gusto
